Project Management

  • Create project plans, setting targets for milestones, oversee tasks to organizational staff

  • Serve as a point of contact for multiple teams to ensure actions remain in synergy

  • Coordinate events, including attendee registration, vendor interaction, budget reporting

General Admin Support

  • Serve as a virtual assistant

  • Manage meetings to include attendee communication, meeting agendas, and minutes

  • Provide temporary support staffing as needed

Process Improvement

  • Evaluate current administrative processes to find areas of improvement

  • Create solutions for efficient work processes using standard and novel tools

  • Maintain implemented changes or provide training and support to organizational staff to ensure continued success

Client Advocacy/Management

  • Liaison with customers and assist in the effective resolution of complaints

  • Analyze customer issues, determine causes and recommend corrective actions

  • Manage customer/sales pipeline and outreach

  • Implement or maintain CRM tools, such as Nutshell or SalesForce
